1) “The Midnight Library” by Matt Haig tells the story of a woman who is presented with an opportunity to experience different versions of her life. As she navigates through these parallel lives, she grapples with the question of what truly makes life worth living.

2) “Hidden Potential” by Adam Grant is a fantastic read, highly recommended. Some of my favorite lines from the book include:
a) Utilize trajectories in evaluation — observing performance over time.
b) Transition from brainstorming to brainwriting — encouraging independent idea generation before group meetings.
c) Advocate for underrated and overlooked individuals — Message for managers to look at trajectories and open doors for new learnings/roles
d) Enhance your absorptive capacity.

3) “Man’s Search for Meaning” is a great book meant to be revisited time and again.
