I recently finished reading ‘The Power of Moments by Chip Heath and Dan Heath, and I want to share some key takeaways:

1) Create meaningful and memorable customer experiences by creating “peak moments” / “Moments of elevation.”
2) Use storytelling to make the moments meaningful
3) Listen to your customer’s feedback and use it to improve their experience
4) Architect experiences with extraordinary impact consciously into your life

Very practical read !
